IT Sale Assistant /Recruiter の募集です。フルタイムでハイブリッド勤務のお仕事です。

Seeking for a Japanese and English speaking person to join the growing Japanese IT company located in NYC.

🔸Job Description:

- Recruiting the candidates for the open IT roles, interview, managing the candidate data
- Updating the website contents with the latest updates for recruiting
- Assist and support the sales and marketing manager on a daily basis
- Coordinate contract details with clients, conclude contracts, and coordinate possible extension of the contracts
- Provide recruiting support (searching for and interviewing candidates based on the customer proposals)
- Attend daily 30 minutes online meetings

🔸Job Requirement:

- Japanese/English bilingual - MUST
- Recruiting experience - MUST (IT recruiting experience is a huge plus)

- IT knowledge/experience - PREFERRED
- IT sales or related experience is preferred - PREFERRED
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - MUST
- The ability to work independently - MUST
- Ability to search and interview personnel with skills and backgrounds that meet customer needs
- Strong PC skills in Japanese and English  - MUST
*The experience with working for staffing companies as recruiters is a big plus
* The experience with working for IT company in sales or development etc. is a big plus

🔸Benefits:

🔸Salary: $60-70K DOE
