Private room Built in storage space with window. Walk up building, share bathroom and kitchen with 2 other female.
The rent included Wi-Fi and utilities but not the air conditioning ( about $30-$50 each month during summer)
To move in I'll need 1st month and security deposit = $2640. I -2 months notice before move out.
No pet, no drugs, no night visitor no smoking and pay rent on time.
