You would be renting a bedroom in a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house. The building is a beautifully renovated, classic brownstone on a side street with low traffic and backyard space. It offers:

- 2 spacious, renovated kitchens with stainless steel dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, and an abundance of cabinet space. Your room would share the smaller upstairs kitchen.

-Fantastic light. The building faces north and south and has large, new, double-paned windows. The backyard allows for space between buildings and copious amounts of light. The upstairs kitchen has a skylight.

The Bedroom

The bedroom is approximately 205 square feet with two closets. The dimensions are 13' 8" x 15' 0". It will fit a king-sized bed.

The Roommates/setup
The building is owned by an actor who lives in the ground level apartment. It has its own kitchen (in addition to the two upstairs) and bathroom. He is mostly absentee, but stays occasionally when he has work in NYC. The other three roommates include two males and one female. One is an executive chef, one is a real-estate agent, and the third is the travel manager in the US for Japan's version of Major League Baseball. There are 5 people in total living in the house when it is full. Two people live on the top floor and share a kitchen and a bathroom that has the shower in one room and the toilet in the other. Two other roommates live on the 3rd floor and share a bathroom and a kitchen, which is one floor down on the parlor level. Below the parlor level is the ground level, where the owner stays.
