- I am a designer working in Manhattan in my mid-twenties and this unit is leased together with my boyfriend.
- I am returning to Manhattan Dec 2025 or Spring 2026, and we are actively searching for a roommate for my boyfriend to live with together until then.
- My boyfriend is in his 30s, working in the city as well. He works from home 1-2 a week.
- He has lived overseas away from Korea for almost 20 years, and lived here in NY for 7 years.
- He is an introvert who's quiet and respects privacy.

- LIC has been voted for the most safe neighborhood in New York City. If you consider safety as one of your priorities when moving in, LIC is the place you want to live in. Schools are nearby and you will notice that there are a lot of Asians living around. A lot of other luxury apartments are around this neighborhood.
