The unit is on the top floor of a two-story walk-up. Features a high slanted ceiling, a nice (non-working) fireplace, and lots of sunlight. It's part of a larger apartment but closed off with its own kitchen, bathroom, and entrance, so the space is completely private and yours alone.
It's facing the yard with lots of greenery. Perfect for a single female or a quiet couple. Will be available from the July 4th weekend for 2-3 months or a six month sublease until the end of the year. Fully furnished. Not super modern but very comfortable, clean, and quiet with tons of old-school charm. There are pets and a flower business in the building in case of allergies.
