Own Bathroom and bedroom

こんにちは。女性のルームメイトを探しています。ルームメイトには専用のバスルームと寝室があります。キッチンとリビングルームは共用です。光熱費は自己負担となります。洗濯機と乾燥機も設置されています。私は週5日、教師として働いています。清潔で整理整頓が得意です。料理をするのが大好きで、友達と出かけるのが好きです。日本語は話せませんが、以前日本人のルームメイトと暮らしたことがあります。

Hello, I'm looking for a female roomate. The roommate will have their own bathroom and bedroom. It is a shared kitchen and living room. Utilities will be covered. There is a washer and dryer in the house. I work as a teacher 5 days a week. I am clean and organized. I love to cook and enjoy going out with friends. I also don't speak Japanese but I have lived with Japanese roommates in the past.
