Hi🙂‍↕️My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to sublease a room in our 3-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg (it is near Salon 87 on Graham Ave).

We’re looking for someone to stay for 3-4 months, so it’s perfect if you need a temporary spot. Although we would be open to a longer duration for the right person!

The apartment is mostly furnished (not pictured are a new bed frame, dresser, and a few more pieces of furniture). So, if you have a full apartment of furniture you plan to bring to your next place — this would not be a good fit.

The total price does not cover monthly utilities, which is generally an extra $100-150/month depending on the month.

光熱費は家賃に含まれていなくて、月によってだいたい100〜150ドルくらいかかります。
