• Available to move in: October 1st

• E (Queens Plaza) – 12 min walk
• Only 10 minutes subway ride to Midtown

• Unfurnished: but comes with a mattress + built-in closet; 3rd floor walk-up. 2 big windows. A lot of sunlight!

About us: We are a couple in our 30s and food entrepreneurs. Originally from Thailand. We work long hours and usually get home late on weekdays, so we’re around only on weekends. We’re friendly, respectful, and like to keep the apartment cozy and clean. On weekends, we enjoy cooking at home and experimenting with new dishes. We’re looking for a roommate who appreciates a peaceful, clean and easy going.
