Looking for a roommate who will take the largest bedroom. We have 2 large bedrooms + 1 small bedroom and 1 bathroom located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. ( L train / Dekalb ave / 2 min walk from the subway station)
It's a lively area with a lot of nice bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants. My roommate and I are international students (Korean women) studying marketing and fashion design.
We are not party chasers and we try to maintain a tranquil atmosphere at home.
We have fully furnished kitchen with oven, pots, microwave, rice cookers, refrigerator and so on. The bedroom is offered with table, chair, mirror, hanger, drawer, shelves, mattress, sofa bed and AC. It also has 2 windows with the open street view.

We are looking for a quiet person, no kids, no pet, no smoking, no drugs!!!!
Friends and families can come over but no party, please.

Rent : $1050 (per 1 month without utility fee)
Deposit : $1050
Min length of lease: over 3 months.
