We have 3 small dogs. We prefer someone who is pet friendly or dog lover.

We're two working Females and we are Dog lovers. We like hanging out at home and talking about life. We're easygoing, clean, and considerate people! We value a calm home vibe and love good conversation. Me and my roomate is looking for someone who appreciates a mix of chill and community

We don't seek a background check just a signed month to month lease. The room is at a reasonable price but we are seeking tenants with preferably 2x income. And will need a copy of your ID.

The lease holder wants to see atleast 3 recent paystubs.

We keep the house CLEAN, no loud noise after 10pm unless someone had plan something ahead of time(event). And toiletries/cleaning supplies are rotated every month.
