Cozy quiet studio space for the holidays

Your cozy holiday getaway awaits in central New York. Walking distance from Rockefeller Center, Macy's, and Central Park. Located on the top floor of an old-school walk-up (two flights of stairs in a small building), it ha s all the essential amenities you need like an iron, hair dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating. It's facing a quiet and green backyard with plenty of sunlight. The full-size bed is tucked away in an alcove. The studio space is spacious for NYC, has roomy closets, and features a unique slanted ceiling. It's a comfortable option for longer stays (ask if you need an extension - possible until late sprin G.) NOTE It's part of a larger apartment but closed off so you have your own kitchen, bathroom, and entrance. Everything you see in the pictures is your private space. Ask for length of stay - I'm somewhat flexible. Thanks!
