📍 Location: Just a 5-minute walk to the 63rd Drive or Woodhaven subway station.
🛏️ Room: Bright wood floor room with large windows. Bed and mattress included (please bring your own bed sheets).
🛒 Nearby: Walking distance to Costco, Rego Center Mall, Target, Macy’s, JC Penney, restaurants, supermarkets, and the library.
🧺 Laundry: Laundromat is just a 2 minute walk down the street.
🚌 Transportation: Close access to buses Q38, Q60, Q72, Q88 and R & M trains for convenient commuting.
🚭 Smoking: No smoking indoors, but permitted in the backyard (leaving cigarette butts behind is not allowed).
🐾 Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.
🍳 Shared spaces: Fully shared kitchen and bathroom (with one other roommate).
🔒 Security: Security camera, gated entry, and your own passcode for safe and easy access.
🔊 Noise: No loud music after 10:00 PM. The house is usually quiet; please use earphones for loud music to respect others.
💡 Utilities: Price includes Wi Fi, internet, electricity, and heat. Air conditioning can be provided for an additional $50 per month.
🏃 Exercise: No exercise or jumping in the room but permitted to exercise quietly in the backyard.
💰 Security Deposit & Move Out:
• One month’s security deposit is required.
• The room must be returned in its original move in condition.
• Any damages or lost keys will be deducted from the deposit.
• Tenants must provide one month’s notice before moving out; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
