・光熱費などのユーティリティーは、実際の請求額を入居人数に応じて割って精算します。
・2階部分で、階段の上り下りも楽です。
・最寄りの地下鉄駅まで徒歩1分です。
・周辺にはレストラン、コーヒーショップ、カフェがあり、建物の向かいにはスーパーもあります。

きれい好きで整理整頓ができる方を希望しています。
パーティーは禁止で、友人などの宿泊もお断りしています。
室内は禁煙、ペット不可となります。

デポジットは1か月分、初月家賃は1か月分です。
長期で入居していただける方を優先させていただきます。
