- Current Tenants -
Two Girls, One Guy. We all have a pretty typical 8-6 weekday schedule. Evenings & Weekends are quiet and it's rare that we even run into each other. Erik lived in Osaka for a long time, speaks Japanese fluently.

- Furniture -
All the furniture in the living room pictures belongs to the tenant who is moving out. The living room will be completely empty until we buy furniture for it. If you have certain furniture you'd like to put in the common area, we can discuss upon meeting.

- The Available Room -
Large loft room. You can see the stairs to the room in the living room picture attached. The ceilings are a little lower than average but I am about 6 feet tall and had no problem with the height. I don't have the dimensions but as you can see in the pictures, it comfortably fits a full-size bed and i'm sure a queen as well. This room is located above a room the same size so you will not be able to be loud at night after 10 or 11pm.

Close to everything that is Bushwick; bars, food, live venues, cafes, and all that jazz.
