Master bedroom available in my 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet and safe area of Queens.
Im a 49 year old male who works in Astoria, i dont drink or smoke or party and like to read eastern philosophy, Meditate, do yoga and visit temples.
Rent is $1, 575 a month and includes All utilities and wifi and AC and heat/hot water etc..
I have a professional cleaning service once a month do a deep clean of the kitchen, bathroom and living room which is also included in the rent.

There is a laundromat and some restaurants around the corner from the apartment.
