I'm looking for one roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria. You'll have your own private, fully furnished bedroom, and only two people will live in the apartment—you and me(Korean).

The apartment is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from a 24-hour grocery store. The subway is also nearby, with about a 20-minute commute to Manhattan.

A friendly and well-behaved cat also lives here. If you like cats, you'll probably enjoy having him around. Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for anyone with cat allergies.
