Room available in a converted 1BR apartment near Columbus Circle. Your room would be the bedroom (9.25x11), with the option of having it furnished with a desk, twin bed, bookshelf, and/or 2 dressers. The living room (my room) is partitioned off with a large wardrobe. The price listed includes rent only. Utilities (internet, electricity) are an extra ~$60 per month. The vacancy is due to my current roommate moving to the west coast for work.

I am a 24yo male working in finance. I am looking for a roommate around my age who is clean, quiet, and responsible. The lease begins on March 15th, but an earlier move-in would be fine. Please have a stable job as the building's management can be a bit strict when vetting potential rentees.

LOCATION
The apartment is in a great location, within 5-10 mins walk of ACE, 1, BD, and NQR lines. There's plenty of great restaurants just around the corner, with Whole Foods and Morton Williams nearby for groceries. Central Park and Hudson River Park are an easy walk away for fresh air and exercise.

APARTMENT
The apartment is on the second floor with the option of steps or elevator. The kitchen has been recently renovated. New laundry facilities are available in the basement. Packages are always delivered safely to the building.
