spend X-Mas and New Year's in NYC

Come spend New Year’s Eve in NYC! Sublet available in up-and-coming Bed-Stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn. Only 3 minutes from Utica Ave station on the and 20 minutes from Manhattan via the A, C train. Spend time with a friendly Japanese / American couple who also live here. Also, sometimes they take care of a friend’s dog.

The apartment is newly renovated apartment, clean, really nice and utilities are included with laundry conveniently in the building.

I will be visiting Japan from end of December until mid February, so I’m looking for someone to cover some or all of the duration. My dates are flexible.
