We are a couple seeking a female roommate.
Preferably international students or interns
This is a shared apartment total of 3 residents.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared by all 3 people.

Located in Elmhurst Queens NY. Subway R,M (2mintues walk), 25 minutes to midtown,
Lots supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, laundromat, church, all walking distance.
If you are looking for a convenient, safe and quiet neighborhood with easy going and respectful roommate. This is the place. :)

Yes the room is private clean, furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.
Bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, closet.
Kitchen – Cooking appliance, plates, utensils, rice cooker, blender, pots and pans,
all the good stuff are provided. Slight cooking only.
Laundromat across our building.

Rent is $850/month.
$20 amenities fee (water filter, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.)
Utilities - water, gas and heating and internet included.
Deposit: One month's rent.
Air conditioning extra during summer.
Laundry available in the apartment but extra or you can wash across the street.
Reservations can be made from Japan or other states
