1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment is available for move in April 1, 2017.
Hi, I'm moving out of my room in Astoria /LIC and I need to find my replacement.
The room is fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, shelves and huge closet. You can use every kitchen appliances. There is no living room. The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up. The apartment is 3 blocks away from the 36Ave NW subway station and few blocks from 36St MR subway station.
There are 2 roommates. They are very respectful Korean guys and all young professionals in 20's and keep regular hours. Rent is $950 plus utilities which are usually $40. A 6-month commitment is required. Move in is first month and security deposit $950.
I'll be able to show the room on this Saturday 17th.
Or I can schedule showing on other days if needed.
