Beautiful Room in East Village from May 1 !!!

Hello beautiful people!
We are fun loving gay couple looking for a roommate to move into our sweet east village apartment and call it home. Just as we do. Our wonderful student roommate is almost done with his semester and moving on to his own place with his bestie. So happy for them. So his stay here will come to an end on April 30th 2018. We are sad to see him go. He was a kind and supportive friend and a very sweet and respectful roomie. We love him dearly. 😇 so we are looking forward to finding another diamond in the ruff!

The room is furnished with a double bed, clothing storage, desk with AC, Wireless internet and Bedding. We ask $100 utilities fee. It is 89 sq. feet and has a huge window that overlooks trees. In an elevator building with laundry in the basement and amazing neighbors plus close to everything you need. Banks , grocery, restaurants, bars and transit! It's $1550 a month and a deposit required. Available starting May 1st 2018.

You: Please be quiet, respectful, clean and responsible. This is a perfect space for students or people relocating. But has been a home for some as long as 7 years.
