Single room for rent (share kitchen and bath)

Single room for rent, rent is monthly,

no smoking inside the house but can smoke outside of the house. Room is on 2nd floor, share bath and kitchen. Looking for a responsible roommates. After 10 pm, any long conversation must be taking to outside of the house to avoid noise problem with roommates. Extra guest coming from 10 pm to 8 am will be charged $30 regardless of the duration of stay during 10 pm to 8 am.

Laundry is on 58 street and 41 Dr, 1 minute walk, 3 min to 61st Woodside subway (local/express/LIRR) near shops, markets, eateries. great neighborhood. Asian Student/internship preferred.

Rent is calendar monthly basis. No weekly or date of the month to the following month rent. Calendar monthly only.

A/C in the summer extra $50.00 per month.

Refrigerator space provided in the kitchen on the 1st floor. Adding/having additional Fridge will be charge extra other than provided one.
