Looking for roommate to move in September 1st

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment. It is two- minutes walk to the E, F, R, M and 7 trains from Jackson Heights Station. The floor is hardwood and the room has a bright, sunny view and 2 big windows.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You will share the apartment with me.
I would like my roommate to be responsible, quiet and respectful, pay the rent in a timely manner, and also be reliable. The rent is $900 per month, utilities plus Internet are included. One month rent and a month’s security deposit are required. A picture Id. and proof that you are employed is also necessary. A non-smoker is preferred. Available September 1st.
