The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is safe to receive packages and mail here. Laundromat and bars close by. Off the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M or Seneca M stop.

Please be very clean and noise considerate. No heavy drug use or heavy drinking. Smoking outside. This will be a month to month situation to see if you’ll be a good fit, afterwards it can change to long term. First ($925) and security deposit ($925) to move in.
