Recently gut renovated with brand new hardwood and ceramic flooring. It featured spacious modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop and kitchen bar. The master bedroom has private in suite full bathroom, built in closet and wall shelves and large windows. The room is big enough to fill full size bed, dresser, desk, and more.

The rent is $1250 per month included all utilities and internet.

Currently, there are two roommates, a nurse in 40s, a student in 20s, both males. We prefer the third roommate to be also male student or professional who are friendly, cleanliness, and respectful and no party in the house. Sorry no couple and no pet.
