Asking for 1 month rent and 1 month deposit to move in. The rent is $780 / month, devided by 2 for all utilities (con ed, gas, water, wifi) it should be around 40-50 each person per month. ****looking for long term roommate **** (i used to have hawaiian roommate and it work well with me, we have been roommate for 2 years 😉 that's why i prefer asian lady)
