Available 5/1 or 5/15; utilities and Wifi included. We share bathroom, kitchen, living room, and deck on the lower level.

A few things to note: You must like cats! I have two, a 14 y.o. female and 1 y.o. male. No smoking, parties, or overnight guests allowed. Proof of income, and 1 month rent + 1 month deposit required before move-in date.

I am a copyeditor and an artist. I'm easygoing and friendly, though I like my privacy as well.
