There are ３ rooms in our first floor. We're looking for one roommate for the room, which is the room with living room, from 8/10.
The location is in Queens, between Woodside and Jackson Hts.
There are 5 subway lines nearby, so it is the most convenient place in Queens.
The room is furnished.
If you're busy for working or studying, and just want to have a quiet place to stay, please connect to us.
The rent will be $830/month for over 1 year, long term staying.
If you only stay short term, please don't hesitate to ask for the rent.
