部屋は８畳ぐらい、リビングとつながってるので、リビングも一緒に借りって専用できます（+＄100/月）。リビングも８畳ぐらいあります。簡単な家具を提供します。
バスルームは他のカップル二人とシェアします。
カップルでも住めます。
光熱費は他のルームメイトとシェアします。
静かな環境で、住みやすいです。

There are 5 subway lines nearby, so it is the most convenient place in Queens.
