I'm looking for a roommate ASAP . The room is empty right now. So you can move in anytime!!

Apartment located in between Gramercy Park and East village area. It's a really convenient and safe area. We have a grocery store downstairs open until midnight, 2 CVS stores and 3 Walgreens, also an organic super market very close, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Japanese grocery store, a famous pizza place, Starbucks, Taco Bell... so so many options

Also it's close to Flat Iron and Gramercy Park, so there are tons of choices for restaurants, cafes, gym, and even close to riverside to just feel nature or take a run run. I've lived in this apartment for 3 years and I really enjoy it and the neighborhood. Looking for someone responsible, female, mature, friendly, and clean.

Roommate:
Me and husband, very easy going, works normal hours Mon- Fri.
We like watching Netflix etc... spend at home and relax. We have a cat. She stays only our room. But we still recommended who doesn't have cat allergy.

Roommate: A gay friendly guy in 20's very friendly and working hard.

Room:
It's has a window and Sunlight and comes with wall shelf. It doesn't come with with any furniture. But we can discuss about that.

First month rent + deposit.
Other bills: Utilities and internet(around $40 every month)
