警察署も同じブロックにあるため、安心です。
猫が２匹いるので猫が大丈夫な方でお願いします。

バス、キッチン、トイレはシェアになります。ランドリーは歩いてすぐの所にあります。
禁煙。ドラッグ禁止です。

Looking for a roommate in a 2 bedrooms in Midtown West. You will have very own big bed room with closet and shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. It is incredibly good location for everything. If you’re working in New York City, It is perfect place to save money for train, and time. I’ve lived in the apt for 5 years, and the roommate moving out has been here for 4 years.

About the area, It’s amazing! McDonald's, Chipotle, Starbucks, bunch of restaurants, and coffee places are a block away. Police Department is on the same block (which means very safe), Manhattan center, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Post office, and lot of hotels and office buildings are around the apartment. Laundry facilities and Marts are on the corner.

I am looking for someone who is responsible. I have two cats so you should be friendly with cats. (you don’t have to take care of them) We will share fully furnished living room, huge TV including Netflix, and gaming system.

Rent is $1,500 per month due on the end of every month, and 1 month of security deposit. You would be responsible for 1/2 utilities and cable every month. It usually comes out to around $60 each. Feel free to stop by, you are always welcomed and please text me if you're interested. Thank you.
