家具付きですぐに生活出来ます。
リビングをカーテンで仕切ったお部屋ですが、他のルームメイトもフレンドリーで静かなので、快適に過ごしていただけます。

ビルディング内にランドリーも有りとても便利。
レストラン、スーパーマーケット、カフェ、何でも近くに揃っています。

ショートステイも相談可です。

My roommates and I are looking for someone to fill a room for December 25th move in. FEMALE only for $495/month. Utilities and wifi are included. This is a room in a living room. *Please take note of the curtain dividers in the photos.*

You:
- One person only
- Female
- A quiet, respectful, considerate person
- CLEAN... you MUST be able to clean up after yourself

Us:
We are all CLEAN, QUIET, mature people, and we expect our new roommate to be the same. We do not tolerate messiness or loud noises, so if you can't clean up after yourself, do not reach out to me. If you are loud, don't bother. Everyone in the apartment has different schedules; we rarely ever see each other but when we do, we're always very friendly to one another.

The Room:
As I mentioned above, this is a room in a living room. *Please take note of the curtain dividers in the photos.* The room comes with a bed, shelves, and clothes rack.

Move-in Date + Requirements:
- December 25th move-in date
- 1st month ($495) + security deposit ($495) = $990 total required BEFORE December 25th
- $990 MUST be in CASH only
- No smoking at all
- No pets

Location:
- 3 minute walk to 90th St-Elmhurst Ave Station (7 train)
- 8-10 minutes walk to Elmhurst Ave Station (M/R train)
- 2 stops away from 74th St/Roosevelt Ave Station (E, F, M, R trains + buses to LGA)
- 20 minute train ride to Manhattan
- Short bus ride to Queens Center Mall

Term:
- Flexible (we would prefer long-term stay though)

Other:
- Laundry room in the building (very convenient)
- Elevator
- Shared kitchenware if you cook
- Lots of storage space in the hall and kitchen (walk in closets, cabinets, shelves)
- Grocery stores, Rite Aid, Staples, restaurants, gyms, and Chinatown nearby
