The current condition of the apartment is neat and clean, with doorman, laundry and a small gym at rooftop floor. 
You'll have your own room with walk-in closet, and we're gonna share kitchen and toilet. 
I'll stay at living room.
The location is so nice.

4 minutes to Queens Plaza: E,M,R.

4 minutes to 21st-Queens brdg: F.

9 minutes to Court sq: G.
