It' a nice and furnished room in a three-room apartment.
It's on fourth floor, walk-up.
You need to share bathroom and kitchen with the other two roommates, but they're short term staying.
The building is safe, clean and quiet.
It's very close to 137th St., 1 train station, only 2 minutes walking.
If you take subway, 5 minutes can arrive Columbia University, 15 minutes can be Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle, 20 minutes can go to Times Square.

We're looking for a roommate who is studying or working in NYC, no pet, less cooking, clean and understanding how to share space with other people.
