アメリカ人の友人（男性）がアパートのもう一室に入居してくれる方を探しています。前にこの部屋に住んでいたルームメートは３年住み、同棲するために退出しました。

部屋は広くて明るく、家具付きですが、ご希望によっては家具なしで部屋を貸すことも可能だそうです。部屋は禁煙で、キッチンとバスルームがシェアとなります。最低６ヶ月の長期での入居を希望していますが、詳しいことは相談にのれるそうです。ライター・テック関連の仕事をしている人でフレンドリーで信頼できる友人です。

ブルックリンのパークスロープは何よりも治安がよく、３つの地下鉄（R,F,G)に歩いて７−１０分程度です。

部屋は１月の１日から入れますが入居日は要相談で、サブレットの同意書の署名と、デポジット１ヶ月分＋最初の月のレントが必要です。

Large, bright furnished bedroom with two windows and a closet, can be yours furnished (entirely, partially, or not), in a two-bedroom apartment with a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen and refinished bathroom. Furnishings include bed, dresser, shelves, desk, chair, oriental carpet.

Utilities $50/month includes internet (no cable).

Looking for a friendly, quiet, clean person of any age and background interested in a sublet, minimum 6-12 months but can be longer for the right person, to replace my housemate of 3+ years who is moving in with his boyfriend. Ah love. Prefer non-smokers.

R train - 3 blocks, F/G - 6 blocks
The neighborhood has lots of bars and restaurants and is close to Prospect Park, Greenwood Cemetery, and 7 blocks from the IKEA shuttle bus.

No smoking.

Signed sublease agreement required.
One month rent + one month deposit which will be returned according to the terms set forth in the aforementioned agreement.
