My name is Simon, I have a sunny room available for rent in a nice and quite neighborhood with a very reasonable price starting at January 1st.

$750 all included (except AC during summer time)

61st woodside station (7) is 5 mins walk.
65st (r) is 10 mins walk.
Rite aid, CVS, Laundromat and delis are close by 3 mins walk.

About the apt:
Its a 3 rooms, 1 kitchen 1 bathroom apt, it will 3 people sharing the apt, we'll all have enough personal space is very comfortable.
I'm a working professional/fitness enthusiast in my early 30's originally from Taiwan, also a former US marine in the house now working as advance secrurity. We are looking for the like minded, responsible individuals, drug free, drama free to fill in the third room :)
