Hi everyone! I'm subletting my room in Stuyvesant Town for the summer. It's available starting May 10th until the end of July so it's perfect for anyone looking to spend the summer in NYC or a place to live while they look for a lease to sign.
It's a 3 bedroom apartment in an elevator building with a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the building. It's fully furnished with a twin size bed, desk, lamps, and an AC for the summer. Living room has a TV + HDMI cord.
You'd be sharing the master bedroom with my friend!
The apartment is located near 14th St and Avenue B; it's about a 8 minute walk to the L train.
Rent is $1100 plus wifi (utilities included). First and last to move in, but we'll prorate for a mid month move in.
