Room is in the 3 bedroom apartment .The apartment is on the 1st floor in a private house.

The room has 2 windows ,queens size bed drawer and wardrobe closet. We share large kitchen and living room.

Must see it. Great neighborhood!Close to supermarkets & all kind off shopping ,restaurants, bars , laundries, coffees, gyms. Just few blocks away from subway N,W and R,M. Very nice, quiet and safe area.

Looking for a professional ,responsible ,respectful ,non-smoker!(female preferred), clean and easy going person with no pets. Must be able to pay bills on time and must be able to keep the apartment clean, etc.

Bedroom is 1100$ +one month deposit (rent include heat, water ,internet) We share electric bills (which is around 30 + depending from the season) and cleaning .
