とても大きなキッチン付きで、近くには食料品店も多くあるので自炊にも最適です（キッチン用品も使用可能）。リビングルームには新しいソファー、コーヒーテーブル、テレビが備え付き。戦前の建物でスチーム暖房付きです。コインランドリーは通りの向かいにあります。

周辺には食料品店の他にもオシャレなレストランやバーがたくさんあり、大人気のウィリアムズバーグにも徒歩10分と好立地。

綺麗に丁寧に使っていただける、非喫煙者、猫好きの入居者希望。5歳になるメスの黒猫Mayaがお留守番していますので、1日2回エサやりをお願いします。Mayaはおとなしくエサやり以外に手のかかることはありませんが、もし猫が苦手でしたら友人宅に預けることも可能ですので事前にお知らせください。

Very conveniently located:

NYC Subway G line, (Greenpoint Avenue and Nassau Avenue Stations) - 3 minute walk. Buses B62 and B43 - one block away.
NYC Ferry Greenpoint Terminal - 10 minute walk.
McCarren Park - 6 minute walk.

There are 2 queen beds. Very large kitchen for cooking with all kitchen utensils furnished. Rice cooker, toaster, water boiler, coffee maker are all free to use. Living room has a new couch, coffee table, and TV. It is a pre-war apartment and it is steam heated. Laundromat is located across the street.

There are many grocery stores, cool restaurants and bars located nearby. It is about a 5 minute walk to McCarren Park and a 10 minute walk to Williamsburg.

Must be very clean, respectful, a non-smoker and cat-friendly. We have a 5-year old black female cat named Maya who needs to be fed twice a day. She usually keeps to herself and is very low maintenance. If you do not prefer cats, I can have the cat stay at my friend's apartment.
