Looking for a roommate in Astoria

I am a Korean who works for company and looking for a male roommate in Astoria.

It is 2 bed rooms and 1 bath room apartment and you will only share with me.

Location: 3 minutes away from Astoria Ditmars Boulevard Station (N or W train). It usually takes 20 minutes to Manhattan.

Room Condition: No furnished room, two built-in closets, wooden floor, high ceiling, and a heater
* Only kitchen and bathroom will be shared; and
* Rooms are located in very opposite side therefore each other’s privacy will be protected.

A coin laundry shop is a half block away. Unfortunately, this building doesn’t allow any pets but it is a quiet and cozy place.

No drugs. If you smoke, you can smoke inside of your room.
No crazy overnight party.

I am an easy-going person but I expect the roommate who respects each other to be a good roommate.

Availability: immediately.
I expect you to stay more than 6 months but we can discuss about your expected period.
Monthly fee: $900.00 (including Utilities and Time Warner WIFI: Extreme plan)
Security deposit: $900.00
