清潔、快適なブルックリンのお洒落アパート

Cozy private room opening up in 4BR. Ridgewood/Bushwick, 6 minute walk to Myrtle Wyckoff L/M train, or 6 minute walk to Seneca M. Very quiet block. Third floor walk up. Roof access. Safe apartment building.

The room is accessed via the hallway. Approximately 7' x 10'. Very large 12' ceilings, exposed brick wall, tall window. Please inquire re: furniture. Shelves and a clothes hanger have been installed on the wall.

Share the apartment with (2) Japanese and (1) American roommate, (1) dog and (1) cat - please no additional animals. The apartment is kept very clean and you would be responsible for helping clean the common areas (Kitchen/Bathroom). Smokers are okay but please smoke outside.

Utilities are around $50-$60 a month, a little more in the summer - (electricity, internet, gas, and supplies (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc)).

場所はRidgewood/Bushwick、L/M線のMyrtle Wyckoff Ave 駅まで徒歩6分、
M線のSeneca Ave 駅まで徒歩6分の、閑静で安全なブロックにあるアパートの3階です。
屋上にも上がれます。

・お部屋は、階段の踊り場（廊下）を通ってリビングルームへアクセスする立地となります。
・大きさは、約7’×10’、天井は高めで、12’あります。壁の一つの面がレンガで、大きめの窓あり。
・家具については、お問い合わせください。
（棚あり、ハンガー掛けも壁に取り付けてあります）

・日本人2名、アメリカ人1名とのシェアとなります。
・リースホルダーの犬・猫が一匹ずついます。(そのため、ペットは不可)
・アパートはとても清潔に保たれているので、キッチン・バスルームなどの
　共有スペースを、一緒に綺麗に掃除して頂ける方を希望します。
・喫煙者も可ですが、アパートの外での喫煙をお願いします。

・光熱費などは、月におよそ$50-60で、夏には少し上がることもあります。
（電気、インターネット、ガス、洗剤・トイレットペーパー等の備品代など）
