1 bed w closet. Shared bathroom.
No smoking, parties, gatherings. Friends and family that visit from out of town of course are ok.
I'm looking for a responsible, clean, considerate roommate.
I'm a female in my mid 30's. I have a hypoallergenic 14lb dog. I work in the medical field so I work a lot which is why I like a quiet home since I basically just sleep when I'm home. U can be the #1 party animal in Nyc or the world as long as u do it outside and don't bring it back :-)
