場所はブルックリン、パークスロープエリアで、FとGラインの7th Ave駅まで徒歩5分。 
とても静かで安全な地域です。レストラン、カフェ、ドラッグストア、バー、ジム、デリ等、生活に必要なものは周りに全て揃っています。 
とても安全な地域ですので、夜遅くても安心です。プロスペクトパークまで１ブロック、ランドリーも家から出てすぐの同じ建物にあるので便利です。
11畳ほどの大きめの部屋で、小さなクローゼットがついています。 
表通りに面していないのでとても静かです。 

キッチン、トイレ、お風呂はシェアになります。
ルームメイトは私（日系の会社で働いています）ともう一人（服飾関係）、どちらも女性で働いています。二人とも綺麗好きで、家でパーティなどすることは少ないです。

I'm looking for a roommate.
The apartment is in Park Slope location, few blocks from the 7Av station on F and G line-very quiet and nice neighborhood, many trees, restaurants, bars, less than a block to laundry and 1 block to the Prospect Park. Very friendly apartment, on the 1st floor.

About the room:

The room is not faced to the street side so it's very quiet. The size of the room is about 80sqm.

The room is available from May 1st.

It's for $1100+deposit( 1month rent) and all the utilities (WiFi+electricity+hot water) are included.

About myself:

I'm from Japan, living in NY for 4 years, working in a Japanese company. Another roommate is working in the fashion industry. We are both very clean, organized(not too crazy though) and friendly. We don't hold parties often but sometimes we have dinner with friends together.
