We have 1 room to rent in our 3 bedroom apt, open June 1st, in Windsor Terrace Brooklyn. Rent is $895 per month. Security and 1st month due to move in. The room is about 10x10, and unfurnished. It’s a quiet and safe with tree lined streets and plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking almost right in front. We have local restaurants and bars nearby, a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, about 5 minutes from Greenwood and a short walk to the F train at Fort Hamilton which gets you to Manhattan in about 35 minutes.
We have Fios wifi so internet is always good. utilities are not included. New roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, dining room kitchen and bathroom. We have a small balcony area with chairs, plants and a BBQ grill, Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least six months, no smoking inside and no additional dogs as pets. Cats are fine. Your roommates are 1 girl and a guy both of us are usually at work during the day and home at nights. We already have a small yorkie, but cats are fine.
