Apartment
Renovated 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in the prime bushwick area. Plenty of restaurants around, gym, landromat in the area. Close to L and J,M,Z train with less than 7 minutes walk. We've lived here for 2 years and loving it.


WE
- A photo producer in mid-twenties working in fashion business. I work long hours during the week & typically stay in on the weekends. I usually wake up very early in the morning to get my day started. Overall very friendly, but I do like my privacy time as well.

-A photographer in his 30s. Typically working from home when he's not photographing -Love the freelance life!. Super chill, tends to keep to himself.

We've been friend for years and have successfully lived together in quite a few apartment.


YOU
Our ideal room mate is someone relaxed, clean and friendly and doesn't always bring the party home. Must love dog as we have a shiba inu here :). Preferred someone who has stable full-time or consistent income on a freelance basis, has lived with room mates and has a bit of life experience.


MOVING IN
June, 1st ( one year contract preferred ). The rent is 1,000/month plus utilities ( around $150 a month including gas, heat, central AC, house essential etc ). To move in, we're expecting first month, last month and one month deposit.
