Extra large room available in a very clean 2 bedroom apartment from June 30 - July 19. Fully furnished with queen-sized bed, 50 inch HD TV, large desk, hanging closet, an air conditioner, 2 large fans, and 2 chest drawers to put your clothes. Room has 7 windows so there's lots of natural light. There's a hanging closet and 2 chest drawers to put your clothes in.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor. My roommate is a Japanese male student. He's a super nice guy and is very clean, quiet, and respectful.

It takes 3 minutes to walk to the 7 line (Woodside-61st Street Station). Taking the 7 train, it takes about 13 minutes to get Grand Central, express and about 20 minutes, local. There's also the M and the R train which is a 3 minute walk.

There's 9 supermarkets in a 3 block radius of the apartment.

There is a bus that goes directly to Laguardia Airport which is only a 15 minute ride. The Long Island Railroad also has a station at Woodside.

The room is $600 for the 20 days or $30 per day.

アパートは2階、2部屋のうち1部屋で、キッチン・バスを隣の部屋の方とシェアとなります（別途ドア・鍵付き）。ルームメートは静かで綺麗好きな人格に全く問題の無い日本人男性学生です。
場所は、7番線61丁目駅（Woodside-61st Street Station）から徒歩3分で、グランドセントラル駅まで急行13分、ローカル20分です。M線及びR線も同じく3分の距離に利用可能です。コインランドリーは1ブロック内、3ブロック半径内にスーパーマーケートが9店舗あります。その他、ラガーディア空港まで15分の直行バス及びロングアイランド鉄道も利用可能です。
