Long Island City - One spacious room

Hi, 

I'm 29 year old, Korean American male who can't speak Japanese at all. 

I'm looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate.
You may move-in 8/01.


The current condition of the apartment is neat and clean, with doorman, laundry and a small gym at rooftop floor. 
You'll have your own room with walk-in closet, and we're gonna share kitchen and toilet. I can give you furniture if you need (but not the same as the one in the picture).
2 minutes to Queensboro plaza: N,W,7. 

4 minutes to Queens Plaza: E,M,R.

4 minutes to 21st-Queens brdg: F.

9 minutes to Court sq: G.
