Very spacious (11’ x 12’) and bright.

Moving date: 15th of August/ Sept 1st.

Close to many good restaurants, bars, cafes and galleries.
Only a 4 minute walk from Delancey/Essex F,M,J,Z, and 10 min from Grand St. D train.
In 15 min on foot you are in Soho!
Trader Joe’s, Target, Rite Aid, USPS, Citibank, Citibike, Pharmacies are literally downstairs!
One block away from the Williamsburg bridge and NY Public Library Seward branch.

Room:
It is big and full of light with a big closet.
It comes fully furnished: AC unit, mattress, dresser, Stool, desk, office chair, Mirror, shelves, table and floor lamp.
Pillows, comforter, covers, space dividers, shoes storage boxes, rug, a beautiful plant, and an additional portable heater (to help during the coldest winter days) are all included as well. You just have to bring all
Your clothes!

Apt:
It is a one bedroom Flex.
My roommate lives in what is part of the living room. There is a curtain and two bookcases that separate his space. Plenty of room for your books and an additional closet in the hallway that you can utilize too.
Kitchen is tiny, but has everything you need to cook (Toaster, blender, mixer and all tools, pans you need.)
A laundry room is on the first floor with plenty of washing machines and driers.
Elevator.

Roommate:
Male in his late 30’s.
The lease is on his name, he’s extremely quiet, smart, respectful and chill.
He’s taking a Hiatus from his social worker job and getting his Associate degree.
He’ll spend time home. There is no problem if you work from home or you are a student as long as you are quiet, considerate and mostly use your room as your space.
We’ve lived together for 3 years and never had a problem.

We are looking for someone interested in long term since I’m relocating back to Italy.
