I’m looking for someone to sublet my new room in a Hell’s Kitchen apartment before the lease for my current apartment ends in September. This is perfect for anyone needing temporary housing for those moving to the city or needing a buffer before a new lease starts
The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a desk, and dresser (pics below). The closet space is massive.
The apartment is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom flexed into 2 bedrooms, but you will be staying in the non-flex bedroom. There is also a large living room space with a sofa and TV.
The building is on a quiet street in Hell’s Kitchen and across the street from a police station. The apartment is about 5 min from the closest MTA stations and is 2 stops away from Port Authority. The building has an elevator and laundry room, along with a rooftop.
My roommate has been living there for about 3 years now. He is a UX designer at a firm in Midtown and is pretty chill and easy to talk to.
Please message me if interested. Move-in is flexible between Aug 1 and Aug 15 and you need to move out by Sep 15.
