プライベートバス付き、洗濯機乾燥機も家についているので好きに使うこと可能！
キッチンも広く、オーブン、食器洗浄機、ノンフライヤーなどあります。
リビングには大きなテレビもあり、裏庭とバルコニーも使えます。

家から歩いてHマートにいけます。
車をつかえばすぐにTrader Joe's, Walmart, MITSUWA, Whole foods, KINGspa,
Gym(5min by Car)(15min by walk）とても便利です。

Hello. I am a 24 year old female hair stylist/makeup artist looking to rent out the master bedroom (unfurnished) with private full bathroom. The residence is a vertical duplex with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a furnished dining room, washer/dryer in house, furnished balcony, and a 3 car private parking lot with garage located in Ridgefield, NJ. It is 30 minutes away from port authority. I am not home most of the time due to work. I am Outgoing (okay if you are not), and very respectful (clean, courteous, and well mannered). Please contact me if you are seriously interested. The lease is yearly for the first year with all utilities included except cable/WIFI + electricity, which will be split evenly. Move-in date is July 1st or August 1st.
